DMCA Policy

Nets Sieg Pistons ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Nets Sieg Pistons website or online services (collectively, the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy outlines the procedure for copyright owners to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to file a counter-notification if their content has been mistakenly removed.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content that we have removed or disabled access to it.

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the material).
  3. Provide your contact information, including your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
    • "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
    • "I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
  5. Provide your electronic or physical signature.
  6. Deliver this Notice, with all items completed, to Nets Sieg Pistons's Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by submitting the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. If the complaining party does not inform us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on the Site within ten (10) business days, we may restore the removed content.

  • Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Provide your name, address, and telephone number.
  • Include the following statement: "I hereby state under penalty of perjury that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
  • Include the following statement: "I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Nets Sieg Pistons may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person."
  • Provide your electronic or physical signature.
  • Deliver this Counter-Notification, with all items completed, to Nets Sieg Pistons's Designated Copyright Agent via our contact page.
